Consent to Personal Data Processing
By ticking the consent box and sending the form on https://www.vissegor.ru, I freely and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by Egor Ilyich Vissarionov, self-employed (professional income tax payer), Russian taxpayer ID (INN) 253610174603, email: vissarionoffe@yandex.ru (the Controller) on the following terms. If the Russian and English versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
1. Personal data
- Name.
- Email address or Telegram username.
- Message and budget, if provided.
- Technical request data: IP address, time of submission, browser details.
2. Purpose
- Replying to my enquiry and discussing possible work together.
3. Processing
- Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.
- Processing via Yandex Cloud and Yandex Mail, with data stored in Russia.
4. Duration and withdrawal
- Consent is valid until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn.
- Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to vissarionoffe@yandex.ru. Data is then destroyed within 30 days.
