Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data of visitors to https://www.vissegor.ru (the Site) is processed. It follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data. If the Russian and English versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. What data is processed

  • The name you enter in the form.
  • Your email address or Telegram username.
  • Your message and budget, if you provide one.
  • Technical request data (IP address, time of submission, browser details) received by the cloud infrastructure when the form is sent. It is used only to deliver the message and to prevent spam.
  • The Site does not use web analytics or advertising cookies. The browser only stores your chosen site language, which contains no personal data.

2. Purposes

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work together.
  • To protect the form from spam and automated submissions.

3. Legal basis

  • Your consent (Article 6(1)(1) of Law No. 152-FZ). Consent is given separately, by ticking a box in the form before sending it.
  • If we start working together, data may be processed to conclude and perform a contract (Article 6(1)(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).

4. Processing and transfers

  • Collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, erasure and destruction, with or without automated means.
  • Submitted forms are handled by a cloud function in Yandex Cloud (Russia).
  • Your enquiry is delivered to the controller by email and kept in a Yandex Mail mailbox (Russia). Data is recorded and stored in databases located in Russia.
  • The controller only receives a notification about a new enquiry in Telegram, with none of your personal data. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
  • Data is never sold, used for advertising or published.

5. Retention

  • Data is kept until the purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn.
  • After that, data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires longer retention.

6. Your rights

  • Find out what data about you is processed and how.
  • Ask for your data to be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated or processed without grounds.
  • Withdraw consent at any time by writing to vissarionoffe@yandex.ru.
  • Complain to Roskomnadzor (the Russian data protection authority) or to a court.
  • Requests are answered within 10 working days.

7. Security

  • The form sends data over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
  • Service access keys are kept in a secure secrets store, not in the code.
  • Only the controller has access to received enquiries. Sending email uses a separate app password, not the mailbox password.

8. Changes

  • The current version is always published on this page and applies from the moment of publication.
