Barcode-based iPhone inventory with a Telegram Web App and stock synchronization via webhooks.
The problem
Incoming stock was entered into a spreadsheet by hand, leading to differences between recorded and actual inventory.
What I built
- Replaced manual spreadsheet input with barcode scanning
- Built a Telegram Web App for warehouse staff
- Implemented a FastAPI backend and stock synchronization webhooks
The outcome
Staff scan stock once. The backend updates inventory and sends it to connected systems without a second manual entry.
