An internal studio tool connecting Bitrix24, Yandex Disk and Telegram to deliver purchased photographs.
Where it started
I worked at the studio, saw the repetitive photo-handling tasks and built an internal tool for my colleagues.
The problem
Photos lived on Yandex Disk and customer records in Bitrix24. Staff manually found folders and attached links to records for each school or nursery photo session.
What I built
- Built a Telegram interface to start delivery for a photo session
- Retrieved Bitrix24 leads and parsed photo numbers, photographer and date
- Located images on Yandex Disk and published folders
- Attached folders to customer records with the paid digital-photo package
The outcome
The operator starts the process in the bot. Parents with the purchased package can retrieve their folder without calling the studio. No quantified time-saving claim is made.
What this demonstrates
Recognizing a problem from inside the workflow and connecting the tools already in use.
